Job Description- Job Objective:This position shall be in-charge for various sales/marketing activities such as conduct product presentations and business meetings with prospective clients. Works closely with the Marketing Team, Brand Strategist and Technical Team for the implementation of sales activities and ensures 100% customer satisfaction.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company and individual targets.
- Initiates activities and programs for business development.
- Manage various existing accounts and maintain continuous client relationship.
- Conducts regular customer visits.
- Develop new clients within the assigned territories thru saturations and market research.
- Oversees total market performance in the assigned territories.
- Constant coordination with brand strategists, marketing, technical and other departments in serving the customer requirements.
- Conducts weekly collections and make follow-ups on payment.
- Accomplish daily updates, weekly and monthly reports.
- Pursue client leads and build strong relationships with potential and new clients.
- Basic Requirements and Competencies:
Graduate of any business course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Food Technology
- Candidate must have a strong hands-on sales/marketing experience, preferably from the Coffee industry, Food, and Beverage industry, Hospitality Services, and Marketing firms.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Trustworthy, performer, and goal-oriented, who can work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent promotional and negotiation skills.
