At least High School or Senior HS Graduate- Must have at least 2 years of BPO experience with at least 1 year blended or straight sales and 1 year customer service experience
Customer service and sales knowledge in computer use and navigation of electronics products
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Amenable to work on rotating shifts- With capability to work from home and with access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription
Can work onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
