Prepare the purchase order, sales order, and delivery receipt for client orders.- Process request of sales agents for sample items and its return.
Prepare price quotation for client orders/inquiries.
- Prepare and process the documents needed for client orders/ inquiries.
- Candidate must possess a College/Bachelor's degree in any field.
Preferably with at least one (1) year of related work experience as Sales Assistant or Secretary.
- Preferably knowledgeable in sales invoicing.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.- Must have excellent communication skills.
