Job Description

We are a full-service experiential agency dedicated to bringing brands to life. Our core business is the design and building of custom integrated brand structures for trade shows, shop and office interiors, specialty retail spaces and events.

We have designed, created and managed award-winning exhibition stands for clients from a wide range of industries in Australia and internationally. Work Hours 7a to 4p Mondays to Fridays

Work Set-up: Hybrid

You will play a pivotal role in the show research process, from initial company segmentation up to execution of targeted email campaigns.
Your primary focus will be on building comprehensive contact lists and generating relevant leads within specified target markets.
This position requires a keen understanding of industry segmentation, and advanced research skills, with strong capabilities in effectively reaching out to prospective clients, capturing their interest, arranging meetings and driving lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Company Segmentation:

Conduct thorough industry research to identify and categorize potential companies based on predefined criteria, with exceptional research skills.

Contact List Building:

Research and gather information on key relevant contacts/decision-makers within identified target industry
Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage and organize contact information.
Ensure data accuracy and relevance by regularly updating and verifying contact details.

Email Campaign Scheduling:

Execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential leads and generate interest in our shows
Regularly check and monitor your inbox for incoming replies related to your ongoing campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all communications, including responses sent and received

Sales Outreach:

Initiating contact with potential clients to expand our customer base, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Utilize our communication channels, such as company email and personal LinkedIn, to initiate contact and create interest in our services.
Database Management
Maintain and update an accurate database of leads, including contact information and past deals/ projects.
Other tasks assigned

Key Skills:


Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
3yrs of experience in Lead Generation.
1-2yrs of experience in business development and/or sales
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional time management skills and organizational skills.
Has strong understanding of Western brands, companies, and structures.
Works well under pressure, sometimes to very tight deadlines.
Understanding expo, events and marketing is an advantage.
Experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required
Has extensive experience B2B Sales Experience
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for doing extensive research and a keen eye for detail.
