Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:
Works with the President/Director-Sales and Business Development to develop a strategic plan that identifies the transactional and mid/long term development sales opportunities within the territory.
- Provides input into products, marketing and sales programs.
Participates in creating a positive work environment by helping (sharing best practices) and respecting others, being enthusiastic and following company and sales department policies and procedures.- He/She must always exhibit good citizenship and core values.
Executes a sound strategic plan to generate business opportunities and review actions to improve the plan further.- Calls the right customers/prospects
Schedules appointments, prepare presentations, quotes and sets-up product demos that will create a large pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Understands the appropriate products and how the buyers can utilize these products.
Understands the types of buyers and their basic needs.- Uses sound selling skills
Lead generation
- New business from existing customers
Prospecting within assigned area Proposal preparation
- Presentation of Products and services
Handles and overcomes objections- Builds relationships with key customers.
Balances company and customer needs to create a win-win situations
Bachelor's degree in any allied medical courses
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Biology/Molecular Biology is preferred.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.- Deadline-driven, and willing to perform beyond the normal working hours.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knows how to maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities and thorough paperwork.
