Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Misamis Oriental.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the Misamis Oriental market and local business community is a strong advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of outdoor media sales, especially bus advertising, is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets for Outdoor Media, particularly Bus Advertising in Misamis Oriental.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, while maintaining and nurturing existing client partnerships.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in Misamis Oriental.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals that align with the unique requirements of potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to customize advertising solutions that meet and exceed client objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Fixed Day off: Saturday and Sunday
