This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at TDT Powersteel Corporation. The Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to sales, such as prospecting new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting and closing deals- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Knowledge of the steel industry and construction market- Experience in maintaining and managing client relationships
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
