Sales Supervisor- Establish relationships with new customers
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service- Identify and respond to client needs
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products.
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary
Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly- Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
Receive and report on all sales leads
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Work with sales team when closing sales- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Graduate of any 4-year college course
- Office at Taytay but willing for fieldwork around Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and knows how to drive (Advantage)
Previous sales experience is advantageous; however, we are also keen to speak to people with other customer facing experience and looking for their first opportunity in a sales role. Enjoys selling and interacting with people.
- With good verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels
