Product Knowledge and Training
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing
Educate customers on the proper use and benefits of the products
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customer
Sales Administration
Manage and update customer databases with current information
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure
customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
Participate in team meetings and share best practices and strategies
Travel and Field Work
Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects
Compliance and Ethics
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales and expense reporting
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards
