Explores new market segments and opportunities, develops and converts leads into new business relationships.
- Maintains solid relationships with existing clients, fulfilling customer requirements by promoting our company, products and services. Recommends solutions in order to achieve sales objectives and targets. Conducts sales calls and client visits to maximize the business potential.
Provides detailed product information and technical support to customers, ensuring effective service delivery.- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, presenting solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge, Required Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid knowledge and proven experience in liquid and gas chromatography, and sample preparation and extraction
Sales skills that include negotiation and demonstrated closing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
Ability to quickly and effectively learn and retain knowledge on product specific information.- Excellent organizational skills
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline- Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales and account management in the chemical industry.
Active participation in tenders and biddings is considered a plus.
- Must be driven, self-motivated, hard working and a high degree of professionalism
Has good English communication and presentation skills- Solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft Office applications
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Sales Representatives
