Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients in various sectors.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay informed about industry developments.- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and collect feedback.
Work with the customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Prepare reports and forecasts for management review.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.- Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region, particularly Bulacan and Pampanga.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
