Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our success by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, negotiating and closing deals, and managing key accounts. If you are results-oriented, adaptable to change, and excel under minimal supervision, we want to hear from you.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course.

• Preferably 1-2 years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Ability to adapt to change and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Can work effectively under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage. Product knowledge or familiarity with Ricoh products and services is a plus.

• Strong verbal and communication skills are essential.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and effectively manage client accounts.

• High-level presentation skills using MS Office.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the Software and IT-related industries.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business.

Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Provide excellent product knowledge and information to clients.

Utilize CRM software to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using MS Office.

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve company goals.
