Duties and Responsibilities- Plan and organize the most appropriate and efficient sequence of territory coverage ensuring the frequency and regularity of business calls.
Develop a system of coverage as the basis for the regular call or visit to customers.- Implement the coverage plan an accurately to attain sales, collection and distribution objectives.
Collect payments due to the company in accordance with the collection procedure and policy.
- Maintain due diligence of account collection activities by managing all outstanding balances for customer payments and reconcile all invoices for accounts receivables.
Analyze and maintain within the standard picture of accounts receivables and keep all accounts open for servicing.- Inform the customers of the company's credit and collection policy, the company's return policy, Initial stocks policy for clear understanding and acceptance.
Ensure proper storage of products, displays and conduct merchandising activities intended to protect the products and increase sales.
- Ensure a successful pipelining of newly introduced products based on the agreed list and quantity per SKU's.
Conduct stock inventory and ensure availability of adequate quantity of products in all customer outlets at all times.- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with existing customers and the prospective customers in the assigned territory.
Ensure completeness of all business call requirements.
- Expedites the resolution of the customer problems and complaints.
Maintain accurate record of customer's accounts, collection invoices, official receipts, and other documents pertaining to sales and collection.- Proper care and maintenance of company issued documents, materials and properties.
Prompt and accurate submission of all required reports.
Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, or Business related field
- Preferably with relevant experience in the sales and collection.
With Pharmaceutical background is an advantage.- Skills in Sales and Collection, Excellent communication skills.
