Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales positions within internet companies, with a strong preference for those who have experience in the payment industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our payment solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in internet companies.
- Experience in the payment industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions and the financial technology landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
