The successful candidate will manage and expand a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers by selling a variety of products or services directly to small and medium-sized accounts. In addition, the candidate will perform crucial account maintenance tasks and formulate upsell strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Manage and develop business relationships with existing NetSuite SMB customers.
- Perform account maintenance tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work in tandem with solution consultants to conduct annual and quarterly business reviews with customers.
- Expand customer accounts by upselling additional NetSuite modules and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other NetSuite departments as needed.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through campaigns and constant customer engagement.
- Accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Formulate and execute upsell strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
- Comfortably conduct online meetings and presentations with C-level stakeholders.
