As a sales representative at Nutrifinds, you'll be the ambassador engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and pitching the relevant products to drive sales while ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through on-site product demos, cold calling, networking, and other methods.- Manage accounts and develop their long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the company through establishing a solid relationship and positioning as a trusted advisor with extensive product knowledge.
Identify opportunities for growth based on the account's historical orders, understand their current and future needs, analyze market updates, and engage in solution and feedback discussions.
- Research and keep abreast of developments with our customers, market, and industry for use in strategic sales decisions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with opportunities updated timely with all the relevant details. Negotiate prices and terms in compliance with sales leadership and marketing's guidance and process.- Communicate and promote sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to achieve results set by sales leadership and marketing.
Provide end-to-end customer service and overall account management to all assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments by working with the accounting team - for due credit review and applications, support in establishing and implementing terms, and providing action plans and recommendations for collection.
Provide support and report to the sales leadership team.- Manage ad hoc tasks and projects.

A marketing/business or equivalent degree is not required
but is extremely helpful.- At least one (1) of experience working in sales, preferably food industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Awareness of consumer behavior and buyer psychology.- Good communication skills and project management.
A solid understanding of Customer Service fundamentals.
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt to it.
A positive and collaborative spirit.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliably commute or relocate to Paraaque City before starting work.
