- Establishes, develops and maintains professional relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned geographic territory to generate new business for the organization.
- Ensures healthy sales growth and collection through strategic use of different tools, Pro Connect, ACT, Field Force and other available system.
- Conducts product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales report.
- Develops clear and effective written proposal/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Makes regular client visit and mapping of the assigned geographic territory.
- Manage account credit, reconciliation and order bookings.
- Develops and implements territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Develops long lasting relationship with current customers and prospective customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent
Background in Construction or Paint industry is preferred
Computer literate and proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements.
Proactive, Enthusiastic and with good leadership qualities.
High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
Good negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Willing to handle South Luzon area.
Driving skills (With valid driver's license).
