Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts.
  • Supports solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.
  • Prioritize all prospect clients/customers with regard to potential sales to volume, profitability and time
  • Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market growth.
  • Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
  • Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements.
  • Consider installation costs by labor and submit the best competitive bids on the work.
  • Achieve sales target

Job Requirements

  • with any Bachelor's Degree, or any related course
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Preferable has some experience in HVAC Industry.
  • Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
  • Good Presentation and Communication Skills.
  • Keen to details.
