- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to drive sales growth in construction services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through engaging presentations and solution-driven proposals.- Collaborate with the team to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Use in-depth industry knowledge to be a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
- Coordinate deliveries and collections as needed.
Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. Reporting to management about sales made.- Updating records of customer's communication and contact information.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
Experience Level:
Must possess 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in a paint or construction industry.Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional negotiation skills, proven sales training and sales management abilities, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities and Duties: Generate and follow up on leads, meet sales targets, present products to potential clients, provide sales reports, and maintain strong customer relations.
- Working Conditions: Job requires frequent travel and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
