  • About the role Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the sales team, supporting the company in recruiting potential students and generating marketing activities to reach out to potential students.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and parents to generate interest in Kenneth & Co, and working with strategic educational partners for other placement activities.
Providing guidance and advice to prospective students and parents on course offerings, application processes, and academic requirements.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities to increase Kenneth & Co's visibility and reach within the community.
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborating with the admissions team to design and implement effective enrolment strategies.
Participating in recruitment events, such as education fairs, open houses, and school visits, to promote Kenneth & Co and attract potential students.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing and management level, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Working Hour:
  • 6 days a week.
9am 6pm from Monday to Friday.
  • 8am 5pm on Saturday.
Fully on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
