NeoWork is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Inbound/Outbound) to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a passion for exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to target potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably in the BPO industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication
