About The Client (AU)

One of Australia's leading Smart Energy Solutions Company which specializes in Solar Power, Energy Storage, EV Charging,LEDs and other energy smarts to help individuals and businesses significantly lower their electricity costs. Our volumes of work and client testimonials speak for themselves. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Solar Support Engineer to support our sales team with tasks relating to but not limited to project design, costing and evaluation. Whilst the experience within the industry will be beneficial it in no way means that people with the drive to succeed cannot learn and establish themselves in one of the fastest-growing industries in Australia. We will consider people with less experience but good solid technical understanding and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients based on their requirements.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurate in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the energy or solar power industry.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of data entry

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM (Manila Time)

Work Setup (Hybrid)

  • Candidates will be required to report in our Alabang office at least 10 times every month
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
  • Candidates are expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.
