This entry-level position is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relations with new and existing customers through proactive and reactive communication. Customer Service Specialists are front-line employees who embody the company's core values while providing customers with superb service. These employees assist customers when they call in with service and product questions or requests. They maintain confidentiality while navigating customers through sensitive situations. Through excellent interpersonal and service skills, Customer Service Specialists maintain relationships with our customers, building advocates in our communities.
