Job Description

Position Overview:

The role of a Sales Representative at Fritz Innovations, Inc. is a full-time on-site position. Your main responsibility will be to represent and promote our premium architectural hardware products
  • Key Responsibilities:

_Sales and Business Development_
  • Exceed sales targets for our premium door hardware products monthly and quarterly.
Secure business opportunities by conducting site visits and meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our product solutions.
  • Create quotations for prospective projects

_Customer Relationship Management_
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction.
Effectively manage customer inquiries, address concerns, and offer technical support.
  • Build lasting customer relationships with architects, project engineers, and contractors to drive loyalty and repeat business.

_
Product Knowledge_
  • Develop a deep understanding of our premium door hardware products, including features and technical specifications.
Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Communicate product information clearly to customers.

_Reporting & Analysis_
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets, ideally within the architectural hardware industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in luxury sales, EU product sales, or construction is a plus.
Knowledge of the door hardware industry and architectural practices.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • _Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is a plus._

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month

    Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
