Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food and Beverage Sales Specialist with a strong focus on point of sale solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, coupled with a passion for financial technology and sales. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the adoption of our POS solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the food and beverage industry, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and other food service establishments.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for POS solutions.Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and presenting tailored POS solutions.Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our POS solutions to potential clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Support:
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction.Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the sales manager.
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on point of sale systems.Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including operations, challenges, and market trends.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and financial technology solutions.
Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell technical solutions to non-technical clients.Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
