Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager
  • Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Strategies:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • 2. Manage Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach them.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • 4. Sales Process Management:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure the sales team follows the company's sales policies and procedures.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
  • 5. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans based on sales performance analysis.
  • 6. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Provide feedback to other departments to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven Lead generation technique and skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Having strong business acumen.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Minimum of 8GB Memory (RAM)
  • Dual monitor
High-quality headset for clear communication
  • Webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration
Backup equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
