Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the BPO industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and converting leads into customers. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and effectively demonstrate how our products or services can meet those needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, customer-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Prospect and qualify potential customers through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the BPO industry.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Proficiency in English.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
