CloudConsole IT Consulting is looking for an energetic
Customer Success Officer to help drive our sales and grow the business. The customer success officer represents our company, and is the primary point of contact for any customer concerns regarding product, support, or billing.
We are currently looking for a smart and willing to learn individual with bubbly and outgoing personality. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is an absolute must.

Job Description
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
- Organize client meetings to discuss their requirements and present the company services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
- Outstanding proficiency in written and spoken English
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
