Job Title:Sales Representative - Bulk and Bagged Cement- Location: Central Luzon (Bulacan and Pampanga)
- Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region, particularly Bulacan and Pampanga.
