Job Description- Develop and achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the dealership
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics- Plan, monitor, and regulate the financial performance of stores, identifying opportunities, remedying issues, and maximizing the return from existing resources
Proactively manage relationships with Department Store Managers in concessions and other external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive awareness by continuously monitoring the competition and reacting accordingly to maintain the business advantage
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue- Control expenses and monitor budgets
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to customers
Conduct test drives and showcase the features and benefits of different vehicle models- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Must be willing to work in Makati.
