Job Summary:The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers at the Cebu Showroom. This role requires a dynamic and confident individual with a pleasing personality and the ability to multitask effectively.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products.
- Close sales and process customer transactions efficiently.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
- Update and maintain customer records in the sales database.
Prepare sales reports and summaries for management review.- Assist with showroom displays and merchandising.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales goals.- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence in interacting with diverse customers.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales software applications.
