Sales Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment Functions

. Conducts initial interview for Sales Agent applicants
. Sends Online Training link to qualified applicants
. Provides interview feedback to the recommending Sales Team
. Receives and monitors applicants documentary requirements
. Conducts background verification
. Processes rehire applications

Administrative Functions

. Maintains the Manpower Database of applicants
. Sends weekly and monthly reports on the application status, including the lacking requirements, for the assigned Sales Heads
. Creates digital Seller's 201 folder and uploads to the sharepoint
. Email management

. Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
. Must be able to function effectively in a busy work environment
. Must have a positive work attitude
. Strong oral and written communication skills

. graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Psychology

. With at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
