Sales Recruitment Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts recruitment activities for new Loan Consultants

Conducts orientation and training programs for new Loan Consultants.

Develops newly recruited Loan Consultants

Coaches, counsels and motivates new Loan Consultants

Provides direction and guidance to new Loan Consultants.

Prepares New Loan Consultants Recruitment Report.

Prepares report about commission and incentives of new Loan Consultants.

Handles concerns and inquiries of new Loan Consultants

Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, Recruitment and Training

Has good communication skills (both written and oral), management skills, problem solving skills and people handling skills.

Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and results-oriented

Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Should have strong leadership ability and teamwork skills.

With good attention to details and accuracy

Willing to do fieldwork.
