Job Description:Recruits, develops and maintains Loan Consultants.
Conducts recruitment activities for new Loan Consultants
- Conducts orientation and training programs for new Loan Consultants.
Provides direction and guidance to new Loan Consultants.- Prepares New Loan Consultants Recruitment Report.
Prepares report about commission and incentives of new Loan Consultants.
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time
Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing.
- Has good communication skills (both written and oral), management skills, problem solving skills and people handling skills.
Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and results-oriented- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Should have strong leadership ability and teamwork skills.
- With good attention to details and accuracy
Willing to do fieldwork.
