Generate a high volume/high-quality pipeline of active/passive candidates for multiple Sales openings under tight timelines
Establish and post job advertisements on job search platforms
Schedule and organize interviews with suitable Sales candidates
Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates
Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients
Participate at recruiting events when the manager cannot attend
Maintain the internal CVs database
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field but preferably Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Business Management or Communications.
Required skill(s): Recruiting, Interpersonal Communication, Netwoking, Problem Solving, Decision Making.
At least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
