General Duties
. Daily invitation of applicants for interview (call/text) from the ff. sources:
List of graduates from different colleges and universities
PESO job fairs
Company sponsored job fairs
Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn applicants etc.
. Encodes all application forms to database
. Screens resumes of sourcing applicants
. Conducts interview to applicants
. Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Director and Director for final interview and to the Head for Property Investment for approval
. Monitors status of all processed applicants
. Performs general administrative duties such as sorting and filing of resumes, requirements and other forms
. Monitors and handles ng process of payment for any related recruitment activities
. Assists in preparing materials for job fairs or any sourcing events
. Supports recruitment in processing and handling referred applicants

Professional Eligibility
CHRA or RPM is an advantage

2. With excellent oral and communication skills
3. Must be focused, driven and a team player
4. Computer literate
Education
Graduate of any 4-year course preferable Psychology/Behavioral Science
Experience
At least with 1 year working experience in Recruitment/Sourcing in Real Estate industry
Responsibility
Continuous sourcing of applicants from the same industry or otherwise to join SMDC to support the manpower requirement of all Sales Segments
