Job Summary:_
- Under general supervision, this position is responsible for selling the Company's products and services and assisting customers with their product needs. They provide an exemplary customer experience by asking the customer questions to determine their needs and engaging the customer with their product knowledge, suggestive selling items for the customer's immediate needs and recommending additional items and/or services that will complement the customers shopping experience. They handle returns of merchandise and store merchandising, stocking and maintenance activities. They assist the store in achieving its daily, monthly and annual sales and service goals. They will perform related work as required.
Acknowledge and greet customers.- Engage the customer through conversation. Determine the customer's needs.
Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values and benefits of each product.
- Suggestively sell additional items and services that the customer may not have anticipated they will need.
Handle returns/complaints graciously and effectively.- Work with associates to achieve the store's sales plan. Strive to achieve individual sales plan.
Actively participate in all programs and procedures that drive sales.
- Treat associates, customers and vendors better than they expect.
Correctly handle all register transactions.- Suggest usage of the Company's programs and services with each applicable sale.
Work with other store associates to achieve a high Customer Service rating through excellent customer service, product knowledge and follow through.
- Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized throughout each business day.
Receive and display product shipments on store retail shelves within twenty-four hours of delivery.- Know where products are located within the store.
Be aware of current promotional items and the correct pricing.
- Work with fellow associates to maintain that Asset Protection standards are met all the time.
Participate in store opening and store closing duties.- Answer the telephone within three rings.
Physical Check -shall ensure physical checking of equipment and facilities working condition as part of morning routine.
- Performs related duties as required.

Job Specifications:_
- At Least Senior Highschool/College Graduate
Female/Male- Preferably with sales experience
Pleasing Personality
With good communication and interpersonal skills- Can handle pressure and has good customer service
