Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field;- Proven experience in sales within the construction industry;
Strong knowledge of construction products, materials, and processes;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals;- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals;
Familiarity with sales analytics tools;
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
