- As a Sales Staff, you are expected to:
_Increase Sales Revenue:_ Achieve and exceed Sales target by growing sales through online channels (website, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok) and through physical channels (dealer network, corporate)- _Provide Excellent Customer Service:_ Respond to customer inquiries and quotation requests on a timely basis, both pre-sale and after sale
_Create Engaging Online Content:_ Ensure product listings are updated, create social media content, and manage promotional sales offerings
- _Handle End-to-End Customer Order Fulfillment and Support:_ Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for stock preparation and shipping
_Update and Monitor Sales Records_
- Requirements/Preferred Qualifications
Required:- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using online sales platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience with photo editing tools and content creation.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
