We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Personnel to join our team.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed information on product features and benefits.
Guide customers through the sales process, helping them find products that meet their needs.
Process transactions efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are stocked and organized.
Handle customer feedback, questions, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
Qualifications
Will be assigned to the Samsung Concept Store (Newport Mall, Pasay).
At least a High School Graduate.
Must be willing to work in a mall environment.
Must have complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR).
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Basic Cashiering, Sales, or Marketing.
