Your Role:

As a Sales Optimization Officer you will:
  • Develop and execute data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to increase conversion rates, lead quality and overall sales performance.
  • Prepare reports for sales and marketing.
  • Implement and optimize HubSpot CRM functionalities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates
  • Create dashboards and reports using HubSpot and other analytics tools to monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless lead management and nurturing.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to improve sales forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize sales workflows, email campaigns, and sales funnel activities.
  • Train sales teams on best practices for using HubSpot CRM and other sales optimization tools effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales automation, CRM systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Proven experience as a Sales Optimization or similar role with a focus on HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including but not limited to lead scoring, workflow automation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools to create comprehensive dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
  • Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and open to input from others


Preferred skills/expertise
  • Certifications in HubSpot CRM and/or relevant data analytics tools are a plus but not required
