Join our dynamic and innovative Sales Operations and Analytics team as a Sales Operations Analyst! This exciting role offers the chance to make a significant impact by supporting our sales organization. As a key business partner, you will be instrumental in driving Deltek's goal of reaching $1 billion in revenue.The Sales Operations Analyst will help the Sales Support team in executing strategic business plans. This position involves creating and managing the reporting and analytics that drive the organization's vision and growth. The role will also support demand planning analysis and ad hoc projects for key stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager.You will become part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team, empowered to collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. You will influence decision-making and share your knowledge, expertise, and passion to deliver reporting, data-driven analysis, and sales forecasting. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Supporting headcount reporting & analysis across the Sales Support team
- Providing insightful monthly expense reporting to key stakeholders
- Supporting Sales Support leaders with Salesforce & BI reporting and analysis
- Reviewing pipeline performance and highlighting KPI trends
- Providing valuable ad hoc reporting and KPIs to drive decision making
Qualifications
To be Successful in this role, we'd love you to have the following:- 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success SaaS experience a plus
- Experience in Sales Operations
- Salesforce experience required Reporting & Dashboards preferred
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills with experience working with senior management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong passion and extensive experience in data analysis. Skilled in developing and presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance operations.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills
- Highly analytical and curious in solving business challenges
- Earned B.A. or B.S. degree
