Duties & Responsibilities_
SALES:_
- Designing and implementing a strategic Sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Achieving growth and hitting Sales target by successfully managing the Sales team- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management Team
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Manage daily operations of Sales & Marketing personnel with the goal of providing superior customer service to our clients
Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care- Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control
Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients and partnering closely with the sales team on business development
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed
Ensure quality of servicing through focusing on employees- Manage relationships with employees to include but not limited to training, scheduling, appearance, customer interaction, discipline, and incentive motivation
Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required
- Maintains the ServiceMaster Quality Standard through implementation of ServiceMaster, Envirostar & Asia Agrochemicals Program requirements for the facility.
- Manages the programs of activities of facility supervisors, Account Executive, Officers and personnel to ensure consistent quality standard of services.
Visits key accounts and conducts Quality Performance Evaluation.- Presides weekly Operation Meeting and submit report to the Managing Director on the progress of operations of the different facilities.
Evaluates and reviews service contracts annually in preparation for the contract renewal of facilities
- Oversees the start-ups and set- up operations of the new facility.
Reviews facility survey and assist in costing estimate including number of personnel, equipment, chemicals, tools and supplies for a prospective facility.- Implements company policies and work rules and regulations of the company.
College Graduate of any four-year course
Preferably with background in Service Industry/Facility Management- With good communication and negotiation skills
Team player, analytic and proactive
- Result oriented preferably with background in digital marketing
