Position Overview:
HackLaunch is searching for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new business unit - Airbyrd! In this fully remote role, you will play a vital role in driving qualified leads through prospecting, outreach, and qualification. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and educating them about the value proposition of our products and services for Airbyrd.
This role requires the SDR to be proficient in utilizing AI tools and to possess strong technical skills. Candidates should have experience in using various tools for client sourcing and outreach to new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various AI tools and strategies to research and identify potential clients within the target market.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, and level of interest in Airbyrd's offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and manage leads through the sales funnel.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct simple yet effective sales presentations to introduce Airbyrd's products/services and highlight their value proposition.
- Onboarding: Work closely with the client and internal team to onboard clients and kickstart their subscription.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Confidence in Sales Outreach: Comfortable making outbound calls, drafting compelling emails, and initiating conversations with potential clients.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a passion for learning and developing sales skills.
- Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a fully remote role, with the ability to thrive in a virtual work environment.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven individuals who can work independently and manage their time effectively.
- Marketing and Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and proficiency in using marketing tools and drip emails for outreach.
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field.
