THE ROLE SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

=================

We're seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator with at least 3 years experience in this role.

In this role, we expect you to support the Sales teams: the admin and operational aspect of their tasks. The role will involve close coordination between the sales team and other operations teams within ShipServ.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Accurate generation of reports of the following:

  • Buyer KPIs
  • MAN KPIs
  • Vessel Activity
  • Supplier Onboarding Status
  • Trade Adoption
  • Product Roadmap
  • Other reports that may be needed from time to time

Assist/provide Demo Support

Monitor and take accountability over all supplier contracts, including

  • ensuring that all ShipServ supplier contracts comply with the most updated terms and conditions
  • All suppliers are notified within the prescribed period of upcoming renewals and/or changes/revisions to existing contracts
  • All new/updated contracts bear the correct terms and conditions and are uploaded into the system in a timely manner
  • Deactivate inactive contracts
  • Put in place process improvements to ensure proper contract management and overview

Coordinate closely with Finance to:

  • Monitor billings for suppliers with nonstandard terms and conditions
  • Follow-up escalated open invoices
  • Calculate individual sales performance versus commission and SPIFF
  • Prepare commission calculations for the Sales Team

Conduct proactive service monitoring via Salesforce

Understand status of product enhancement requests by customers and communicate with internal teams for more seamless coordination.

Other tasks that may be assigned that are related to the role

ABOUT YOU

=================

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience as a Sales Operations Coordinator or similar role in a similar industry
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in supporting a Sales Operations Team
  • Literate in the use of IT systems like ERP and other SaaS related applications
  • Experience in KPI monitoring
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office (particularly with Excel),
  • Good understanding of cloud-based dashboard reporting tools like Salesforce and Power BI
