Sales Operations Analyst
CRM Management
- Update and maintain the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and clean sales data.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate daily sales reports and dashboards. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights.
- Deliver actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by sales management.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
- Identify underperforming areas and suggest improvements.
Process Improvement
- Review and improve sales processes and workflows.
- Implement CRM and automation tools to streamline sales operations.
- Integrate new tools and systems.
Support and Training
- Assist sales reps with CRM and data-related queries.
- Provide training and support on sales tools and processes.
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments.
Forecasting and Strategy
- Assist in the development of accurate sales forecasts and plans.
- Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adjust sales strategies.
Optimization and Efficiency
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales performance and sales efficiency.
- Reduce administrative burdens on sales teams.
- Identify sales rep knowledge gaps and provide targeted training.
- Develop resources to improve sales team capabilities.
Administrative Support
- Assign leads to salespeople, review sales tickets, and close redundant tickets.
- Assist salespeople in doing text follow-ups.
- Assist salespeople with message deletion on company social media accounts.
- Assist sales leadership with new rep onboarding and training.
Experience and Proficiency:
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
2 years of virtual experience
IMPORTANT
2 years of being in position (either sales or sales ops)
IMPORTANT
Experience in working with non English (multi language) companies
IMPORTANT
