So, what's the role all about
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in empowering data-driven sales decisions. They manage Salesforce.com, reporting tools, and advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives, ensure operational compliance, and drive continuous process improvement. This individual conducts regular audits, oversees attainment reporting, and champions project completion within a collaborative environment. By leveraging market research, sales data, and insights from business partners, they ensure fact-based decision-making and foster ongoing optimization across all sales and marketing efforts.
How will you make an impact
Providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as the sales operations require.
Determine data quality and accuracy by reviewing closed deals and pipelines.
Prepare and resolve quote-related queries to streamline sales processes.
Enhance collaboration with Sales to identify and execute improvement opportunities, aiming to reduce errors and enhance data quality.
Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support, including data management, reconciliation, cleansing, and analysis.
Administer workflow management and administration primarily in Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations.
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Participate in strategic and tactical projects to support overall business objectives.
Have you got what it takes
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and written reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce report building and administration preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills for clear communication across all levels and excellent organizational skills.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Prior experience with Salesforce.com administration, service operations, SaaS businesses, and B2B sales is a plus.
