Job Description

I. JOB OBJECTIVE (JO)
  • Sales Operations Analyst is a personnel of Sales Department who is in charge of monitoring orders and stock level of TOP SKU for B2B, coordinating to buying and promo planning for related requisitions, overseeing activity of B2B members and provide insights, facilitating the end to end competitor shopping for every store, monitors fast selling items and its price across other leading supermarkets
  • II. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
Sales Monitoring & Ordering
  • Responsible for increasing store sales
Monitors ordering and stock level of Top SKU for b2b across all stores
  • Prepares reports of sales performance per campaign and forecasts orders of top SKU per store
Coordinates wholesale purchases order of Store to the concerned Buyer for PO preparation and applicable deals (i.e. discount, premium items, etc.)
  • Propose improvement plan for ordering/replenishment
Work closely with Store Operations for control and compliance measures
Competitor Shopping Oversee the comp checking of Sales Ambassadors. Complies report deadlines with timeliness and correctness.
  • Monitor, liquidate budget/expenses related to comp shop
Data Analyzing and Documentation
  • Ensures accurate receipt, preparation, distribution and transmittal of documents
Works with other key department to collect, analyze and present report to SSM
  • Leadership
Assists and supports programs formulated by the Senior Sales Manager (SSM)
  • Disseminates and ensures strict implementation of Company Rules and Regulation and Standard Operating Procedures
Aids in auditing the day to day performance of Store B2B and reports to SSM for proper mentoring and improvement plan
  • Reports directly all issues and concerns to the Senior Sales Manager
  • IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate of Marketing, Economics
  • At least two to five years experience in related industry
Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Merchandising, Buying, Business, Planning, Excel and presentation
  • Experience in Retail sales process is an advantage
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
  • Have ability to perform in fast-paced environment
Pre-requisite skills: Early-adopter or contemporary, highly aware on the current trend on retail, merchandising/buying related skills and analytical skills are essential for optimizing sales processes and performance
  • Can work onsite (Aseana, Paranaque)
