Job Description

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor`s degree in any course
At least 1 year experience in Sales Administrative
  • Good organization/administrative and influencing skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in SAP Master Data Module / ERP
Strong command of the English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be keen to details, organize and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Can start ASAP
  • Job Description:
Requesting Payments and preparing PRPO
  • Assisting in logistics and training materials
Managing the office pantry, Utility Personnel, Office Supplies, and Parking Spaces
  • Assisting and Managing Townhall logistics
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Coordinating with new and old vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay
