Qualifications:- University degree of any Business course
With 1-2 years of experience in sales and bidding
- Duties and Responsibilities:
DAILY:
- Disseminate bid announcements to Account Managers and Sales Department Head via e-mail.
- Preparation of accreditation requirements of clients
- Assist in the preparation, collating and compiling of bidding documentation requirements
- Review of requisite documents and encoding of sales/trade related Purchase Requisition (PR) of Account Managers for approval
- Sales Order (SO) review of requisite documents and processing in SAP for dissemination of approved Sales Order to Warehouse & Property Mgt Unit and Credit & Collection Unit
- Uploading of scanned Sales Order copy in the Shared Folder (for Viewing) and Omnidocs app
- Monitors pending and generated Sales Order and Purchase Requisition
- Answers telephone calls in the absence of Account Manager on sales inquiries.
- Facilitate other admin-related documents of Account Managers (e.g. Notarial requirements)
- Files, safekeeps and organizes documents related to Sales Department and Sales Operations Unit (e.g. bidding /accreditation documents)
- Coordinate SAP cancellation of documents as needed
- Maintain, monitor stock of office supplies and request as needed thru OSIR app
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace while helping in the maintenance and observance of maximum-security set by the company.
WEEKLY:
- Updates trend of sales performance thru Sales Order. Submit report to Sales Department Head/Finance Head/CEO.
- Prepares weekly Sales Order-generated and weekly Sales Order reports
- Handles trending of weekly sales performance thru SAP and weekly sales meeting.
PERIODIC: (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual Sales Order-generated report. Submit report to Sales Department Head/Finance Head/CEO. Prepare PowerPoint presentation to CEO.
- Handles trending of monthly sales performance thru Sales Order report
- Prepares monthly/quarterly/annual report on updated and expired PEZA registration
- Coordinates with clients on the PEZA registration renewal
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
